Good for camping trips

I bought the Explorer 500 for a recent camping trip. Ordering was straightforward on their website, pretty standard stuff. It arrived in about four days, which was quicker than the estimated 5-7 days, so that was nice. The packaging was robust, kept the power station safe. Quality-wise, the unit itself feels very solid, well-built. I used it to power a small fridge and charge phones; it handled everything without a hitch. The display is clear and shows remaining power accurately. No need to contact support, so can't comment there. Overall, a reliable piece of kit for outdoor use.

Always reliable power

Another solid purchase from Jackery. This time it was the Explorer 300 Plus. I've bought several items over the years, starting with an Explorer 240, and the quality has always been consistent. Delivery is usually prompt, and the products perform as expected. That's why I keep coming back – I know what I'm getting. Never had a dud.

Good value for my money

I was looking for a decent portable power solution and landed on the Explorer 240. I compared prices across a few brands. Jackery had a seasonal sale going on, which made this unit particularly attractive. The shipping was free, which always helps. It felt like a good investment for the price I paid. Does what I need it to do for weekend trips, charges my drone and laptop. No complaints about the value.

Good little power bank for trips

Got the Explorer 300 Plus a few weeks ago for some car camping. It's pretty neat. Charged my phone and kept a small fan going without any issues. Packaging was fine, came when they said it would. Easy to use, just plug things in. Works as expected, pretty solid.

Good deal on a portable power station

I needed a portable power solution for a road trip and kept an eye out for sales. I snagged the Explorer 300 Plus when it had a nice discount. It felt like a good price for the capacity. Shipping was free, which always helps with the budget. It charged my devices no problem, and I felt like I got my money's worth. Definitely worth waiting for a sale if you're looking to save a bit.

Always reliable power stations

This was my third purchase from Jackery, this time getting the Explorer 240 for a smaller, more portable option. As usual, the whole process was smooth. Their shipping is consistently fast, and the products always arrive in perfect condition. I've had my Explorer 1000 for a couple of years now, and it's still going strong. It's why I keep coming back; I trust their quality and their service is dependable every time.

Mostly happy with Solargenerator

I purchased the Solargenerator 2000 Plus. The setup was fairly easy, and the power output is impressive for what it is. I appreciate the build quality; it feels durable. My only minor gripe was that the tracking information wasn't updated for a couple of days after it shipped, so I was a bit in the dark on its exact location. However, it still arrived within the promised window. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking. A solid product, just a small hiccup with the logistics communication.

Detailed thoughts on my Solargenerator 1000 Pro

I purchased the Solargenerator 1000 Pro bundle, which included the Explorer 1000 and two SolarSaga 100W panels. Ordering was straightforward on the website, and the confirmation email came instantly. Delivery took about five business days, arriving in two separate boxes on different days, which was clearly communicated. The packaging for both the power station and the panels was very robust, ensuring everything arrived safely. Setting up the panels and connecting them to the Explorer was intuitive, even without reading the full manual. I tested it powering a small fridge and charging a laptop; it performed flawlessly for several hours. The build quality feels premium, and the display is easy to read. Customer support wasn't needed, which is always a good sign. Very satisfied with this setup for emergency backup and outdoor use.

Decent product, quick delivery

I bought the Explorer 500 for some light use around the garden and as a backup. It's a solid unit, feels well-made, and charges up pretty fast. Delivery was quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. My only small complaint is that the charging cable could be a bit longer, it sometimes feels a bit restrictive where I can place it. Otherwise, it's performing as advertised, good value for what I paid.
